The Riccio 1 apartment is located in Le Forna near Cala dell'Acqua. Furnished in a simple and functional way. Walking distance to Cala dell'Acqua, free cala equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a refreshment point. Nearby there are various shops, mini markets, post office, ATMs, bars and pizzerias. It is possible to park near the house in a large unpaved square located a few meters from the house. The bus stop is right in front of the house.

Apartment structure:

• Entrance from the main road through a staircase of about 20 steps leading into a corridor that opens into a balcony with a sea view of the bay below;
• Access to the kitchen / living room where there is a double sofa bed, table, chairs,refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner stove, single-bowl sink;

• Double bedroom with two bedside tables, wardrobe and door to the balcony.
