The four-room Il Castagno is newly built. It is located in the historic centre of the Forna and can be reached along a small road that winds through the typical island houses. The location is quiet and is recommended for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday.

Apartment structure:

• Entrance to the kitchen with refrigerator, sink; 4-burner hob, various crockery and wall units, table, chairs, a double sofa bed, a window;
• First double bedroom with a wardrobe;
• First bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower box; sink;
• Wooden staircase leading to a mezzanine where there is a double bed and a double sofa bed;
• Second bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and toilet;
• Small bedroom with a single bed and a half.

The house is equipped with air conditioning.

Near the apartment, there is a butcher, pizzeria, bar, post office with ATM, grocery, fruit shop, etc.

The Bus stop is a few meters from home. Outside the house there is a large free unpaved square used for parking.

Walking distance is Cala dell'Acqua, a free cliff cove equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds and umbrellas and refreshment point.
