Villa delle rose is situated in a quiet and panoramic area of Le Forna, in Via Piana. It is about 5 kilometres from the port and can be reached easily through the main street with a private car or a bus. It has private car park. Nearby there are some mini markets, a fruit shop, a butchery, a pizzeria and a bar. The nearest cove is Cala dell’acqua, just ten minutes’ walk. The cove is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and refreshment points. Several coves can be reached in 20 minutes walking or by bus: The Natural Pools (rocks), La Caletta (rocks); La Marina (sand beach).

In all coves is possible to rent boats, inflatable boats ,book tours through the island, excursions to the nearby island of Palmarola and visit to the caves etc.

Apartment structure:

• At the entrance there is a big living room with a sofa, a cupboard, a table with chairs;
• Kitchen fully equipped with fridge with freezer, a 4-burner hob, an electric oven, a double sink, a dishwasher and a table with chairs;
• The first bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a dresser, bedside tables and a window;
• The second bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe in built, a dresser,bedside tables, a window, a bathroom with shower, a wc, a sink, a bidet;
• The third bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, bedside tables and a dresser;
• From the living room is the access to a second bathroom, composed of a shower, a bath, a wc, a bidet, a sink and a window;

The apartment is equipped with tv sat, washing machine, dishwaher and some fans.

A particularity of the house: the large terrace equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, awning. The outdoor space is ideal for outdoor dinners, for relaxing moments such as reading a beautiful book or listening to music. Very pleasant is also to admire the beauties of nature with large green spaces nearby. The terrace enjoys a spectacular sea view of the Circeo and in the evening it can also be admired a beautiful sunset on the island of Palmarola, unique and unforgettable.

The apartment is very nice, large and luminous, finished in detail. It is recommended for those who love tranquility and at the same time have fun, without giving up everything that the island offers during the summer.
