The apartment is a typical Ponzesi fishing house and is located in the small historic area of S. Maria, Port of Ponza. S. Maria is 1 km from the landing, reachable by foot or by bus with only one stop. The house is located right by the sea, near the beach where the taxi boats leave for Frontone s beach - a free beach, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas; a very popular meeting point in summer as it offers great attractions.

Nearby there are several shops, bakery, bars, restaurants, boat rentals, piers and inflatable custody.

Apartment structure:

The apartment is structured on two levels.

In the first level there is a small hallway that separates:

– Double bedroom (3 people with sofa), wardrobe, bedside table, large window, very luminous room;

– Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, washing machine, window;

– Kitchen equipped with everything (large fridge, 4 burn hob, gas oven, sink 2 tanks, crockery and various dishes);

- Independent terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella;

 – From the corridor of the lower floor you enter the upper floor with a masonry staircase, where there are two bedrooms: a double one (wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, chest of drawers, window door, balcony) and a another one (2 single beds, chest of drawers, 1 bedside table, terrace adjacent to the outside of the bedroom);

–  Second bathroom (toilet, sink, shower box, window).

In case of late check in, after 8pm, it must be communicated and has an extra cost of €30.
