The Ponzamare apartment is located in the harbor area in the beautiful town of Santa Maria, a stone's throw from the sea. The house can be reached very easily, from the landing point along the only road towards Santa Maria.

Nearby there are pizzerias, restaurants, grocery and fruit shops, bars, bakeries. From the beach, which is a few steps from the house, there are the taxi boats to Frontone beach, the island's free attraction beach, equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and refreshment points.

From the beach of Santa Maria it is also possible to rent boats and book excursions to the caves and tours of the islands. Also custody of boats and rafts and floating docks.

Apartment s structure:

• Entering there is a kitchen with table and chairs, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric oven, 4-burner hob, two-bowl sink, cupboards and various crockery.
• Living area with a double sofa bed, two-door wardrobe, chest of drawers.
• First bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet.
• Bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables.
• Bathroom with shower box, sink, toilet, bidet.

 The house has a bus stop a few meters away. There is only one bus route with half an hour frequency. The apartment s comfort lies in its optimal position without stairs, the proximity to the sea and to different services.

It is equipped with air conditioning.
