The studio NICO is situated in the area of S.Maria, about 10 minutes-walk from the Port. Therefore, having an easy access.
Apartment structure
The studio has been recently renovated and simply furnished but with all the comforts. The apartment is composed of a camera matrimonially and a kitchenette in the same room.
It has a double bed, a wardrobe, two bedside tables and a window with garden view. The kitchenette has a double sink, a small fridge, a window with terrace view, cupboards and crockeries.
A private terrace equipped with table and chairs ideal for outside dinners.
Nearby there are shops, restaurants, bar, pizzeria, groceries.
It is about 200 meters from the beach where it is possible to rent boats, use taxi boats to the Frontone beach and organize tours around the island.
