The Cardellino apartment is located in the historic centre of S. Maria, a few steps from the beach where is possible to rent boats with or without sailor, excursions around the islands, and above all the taxi boats service to reach Frontone beach. Nearby there are grocery stores, pizzerias, restaurants, bakery and a bus stop. Its strategic position allows you to reach the port on foot, along the provincial road and crossing, with a pedestrian path, the famous Roman gallery that connects the village to the centre. Very fresh and furnished with simple but basic decoration. The apartment access is going down a few steps from the main road, crossing a very particular stone bridge with a maritime style.

Apartment structure:

• First entrance is a very large room, with a double bed and a single bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and sideboard;
• On the right side, the access to the kitchen, with a table, chairs, two side sink, tableware and various cabinets, 5-burner hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, over, window and door that allows secondary entrance to the house;
• From this room is the access to the bathroom which consists of shower, toilet, bidet, sink and window;
• Up the staircase there is the mezzanine, with domed roof, typical of the houses of ponzesi fishermen, where there is a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a window;
• Independent terrace with benches, equipped with a small table, chairs and umbrella to spend relaxing evenings and outdoor dinners.

The apartment is equipped with TV and washing machine.
